Care Coaches call patients in the 90 days after they leave hospital, about 100 calls a day each. I led the redesign of their tool so every call starts with context and ends without a long write-up.
- [From Excel to applause](https://www.seemant.design/work/from-excel-to-applause.md): Heaps. Call-audit feedback at Heaps travelled by a daily Excel email: auditor to vendor team lead to caller. I replaced it with a dashboard where every piece of feedback has an owner, a deadline and a close.

I redesigned its first run so merchants explored the product while their data loaded, instead of staring at a loader.
